A Christmas poem written for my children, also set to music.

CHRISTMAS WISHES

My Christmas wish for you would be,

Much more than gifts beneath a tree.

I'd wish for you a love to share,

And strength for days that seem unfair.

I'd wish for you good health and joy...

I wish it now for girls and boys

In every land across the sea.

I wish it now for you and me.

**********

Christmas wishes wrapped in prayer,

Are given from my heart to share.

So open them with loving care...

And wishes may come true.
