aww, a lovely doggy poem.
yes animals have a way with your heartstrings, we had 5 rescued dogs over a period of 20 or so years, & 11 rescued cats over 30y. with 6 at one time. from a convenience point of view, I place cat ownership a little ahead of dogs.
now we are left with one rescued parrot 'Connie' a conure and his/her geriatric rescued friend 'Harry' the budgie died a couple of months ago.
enjoy your royal corgi!

This was so sweet and loving while being a wee bit playful with the rhyme. Corgis are such cute and loving pups and the favorite of the late Queen Elizabeth II. I enjoyed your loving tribute to your pet.

Thanks ever so much Fabian for your beautiful review. I appreciate you my friend. ~Sharon
dearest Sharon... I loved your Poem about your Gorgi Tucker.
Pups are so appreciative of love and affection. We had a Miniature Pincher
for seventeen years... she passed away in our Arms quite peaceably.
She was our "baby" and named "Angel". tenderly, Pat

I see you are a true dog lover as well Pat. Thanks so much for your lovely review! ~Sharon
Splendid, Sharon. I can see why you have been published-not a miscue anywhere in this write. (And I am one who doesn't care much for rhyme schemes! But I like this.)
I lost my best friend a few years ago-a dachshund named Cory. You seem to be someone who would understand that I am still somewhat grieving over that loss.
Thanks,
Winston

Hi Sharon,
This is a sweet, light-hearted poem that all pet lovers can relate to and understand. Was the timing of this poem at all influenced by the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, and her famous love of Corgis?
