THIS HERE LIFEA Poem by Miss SharonGetting older is NOT for sissies!THIS HERE LIFE Too many days have called my name... Too many nights in bed. There's too much pain in life's refrain And too many words lie dead. The youngins speed right past my door Like snowballs bent for hell, And no one even SEES my door Or ever rings the bell. My closet's full of worn out clothes But I don't even care. 'Cause here I sit without a thought Of goin anywhere. The long and short of this here life Is but a game of chance... Where things wear out and I am left With holy underpants! <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ah...the golden years! LOL
