QUESTIONABLE SNOWMAN

How does a snowman grow a nose
And keep from freezing when it snows?
Where do they shop for scarves and hats
And coal-black buttons after that?

How can they smile when it's so cold
And do they 'gray' when they get old?
How do they walk without their feet
How do they scurry down the street?

Their arms are branches that don't match
And if they could I bet they'd snatch
A coat from someone in the crowd
Then laugh and holler right out loud!

This is silly and fun! I like having a break from all the soul searching that many poems invoke. I like how you've given an object a personality (as I tend to do in real life) and wondered about his snowman life

Lovely little Christmas poem Sharon. Sadly, we've had absolutely no snow this winter as it's been unseasonably warm. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to building a snowman with my son Charlie.

Your welcome and Thank you. Afterwards that thought grew and I thought about the origins of the crystal ball and compared that to the Crytal skulls that are supposedly able to tell the world about anything. And their story of when they will all be joined together. Crystals contain and collect information. Makes me wonder how long mankind knew that. I wonder if the crystal skulls are used as crystal balls? Anyways that is something chew on.
