FIRST SNOWA Poem by Miss SharonThe delicate beauty of the season's first snow!FIRST SNOW Cold wind's are blowing Through this town tonight. Leaves are quite frozen And oh what a sight! Leftover colors From fall that I see, Glistening with snowdrops From sweet maple trees. Creatures that scurry In haste to find lunch, Chasing their tails on the Ground that goes crunch. Wet tiny miracles Float through the air... And I don't care if they Muss up my hair. I Iove the snow Every time it starts falling. Snowshoes and winter...yes, I hear them calling! **** © 2016 Miss SharonFeatured Review
