THE TASTE OF SORROWA Poem by Miss SharonA continuing grief....THE TASTE OF SORROW An ebb and flow of endless days Where tears become a flowing maze To wash away the piercing gaze Of time and its recall Weigh heavy on the breaking heart Where never does the pain empart A form of ceasless tattooed marks Which pierce the soul in vain But tastes of sorrow like unto My every breath and thought of you Wherein I seek to live it through Yet never can repose Upon the mantel whereon lies A portrait of the one who died By day and night the while I cry...
