I'm Not Alone- Neither Are You.

I hurt myself on the outside to try to put an end to the pain I feel inside.
Of course it doesn't work, and I end up left with scars of another reminder that I'm a failure. Yet another attempt leaves me with another scar- another reminder of a failed attempt at feeling better. Something I find almost impossible at this point..
But you'll never know, because I'll never tell you.

This goes out to all of you who try to find an escape- whether it be with self-harm, taking drugs, smoking, maybe all of the above. Or something else. This pain is only temporary, it'll soon leave and we'll be back to our somewhat normal lives. True no one will understand our everyday struggle- yet we mustn't forget, we aren't alone in this struggle. No matter how alone you feel- your not alone in this fight. &I promise you- I'll be by your side fighting.
