All limerence ends in agony
But why would we part ways peacefully? When the fire ignites, does it burn carefully? No - It rages in a rambunctious symphony. And I swear darling, you're good for me, Two clashing notes make a harmony, A cruel joke landed right is called irony, And a love that flows easy is a fantasy. A hornet's hive, buzzing in symmetry, A low-pitched hum of fragile energy, Together we fly, delaying tragedy, But darling, I tremble for the day we'll see, That all limerence ends in agony.
