THE GRIEVING MOTHER'S

THE GRIEVING MOTHER'S

A Poem by Ifeoma Isabella Okeke
"

When artists break, they try to break beautifully. Sit,smile and enjoy the pieces of a shattered soul.... For all Mother's who had lost a child.... This poem is for you.

"
We have shared our tears
and our sorrows
We have given encouragement
to each other
Giving hope for a better tomorrow
Given hope for our unknown future
We shared the title of grieving mother's
Some of us lost older daughters and sons
Who we watched grow over the years
Some have lost their babies
before their lives begin
But no matter the age or time and years
We cry the same tears
We understand each other pain
The pathe we walk is hard and long
To survive the pain of them being gone
So take my hand my friend
We may stumble and fall along the way
But we'll get up and try again
Because together we can make it day by day
Only the grieve mother's knows what i am saying
We may cry,but we are strong
We can give each other hope
Together we will find ways to cope
Because we are what we are
Even with the pains
We still remain standing
Bearing all the pains
and forcing out a smile
We'll create a place where we belong
Together we are one
In you my friend
We found our strengths.

Life is an elevator, up and down it goes, opening doors to new people who come in and others who go out. Showing distractions. When will we reach the top? There is none?
