Opportunity

Opportunity

A Poem by Olumegbon
"

Sometimes, we just only need one opportunity to excel.

"
All we wanted was the opportunity, we strived hard, did double shifts while taking our whiskey because it was the only motivation in the midst of our depression. We sang the song of freedom as we dreamed of the latter days of our children because it was our little light of hope that kept illuminating in the darkness of our hearts. Sorrow took abode in us while we embraced it in despair. A time is coming when opportunity is gonna
come knocking on the door and I'll offer her my bottle of whiskey in an attempt to get her highly drunk, then I'll rape her vigorously as I remember the pains and tears of my brothers and she will
conceive success and bore riches. And finally, I'll change the name of my Generation because I took hold of opportunity
