Question

Question

A Poem by Olivia Marie
"

Anger shines on a question. (Stud M. Note Book) :)

"
Hallowed eyes starring down
I look up and feel the grey pulsing through my veins
held prisoner in a gaze
as dead as the leaves stacked in the center of the universe
it folds me, but I don't let it show
I must remain strong

Tapping your fingers like beats of time
everything draining down
but I can't look away
so we sit in the silence
waiting to be broken

I never meant to break
yet I fall into a deep well
and drown on my own tears
nothing matters anymore
and I no longer care
but I'm dying
with no way of trying to survive

leaving us with the condemned question:
is it better to die alone,
or be held an eternal prisoner?...

I really love this. Perhaps expand on the last stanza since it's noticeably the shortest of them all.
