Ramblings of a Cynic

when you are low or when you think life is not worth it, give this poem a shot .

Do what it takes to do the right thing,

Some might try to deter you from doing it directly ,

Others might be there with you just to see you crumble down,

The remaining might be impervious to it,

But there are an atomic set of people who ll support you whether you succeed or fall,

For yourself and for those few who believe in you just do the right thing .

People may not accept it, but listen to your conscience, always, it never goes wrong,

If you make a mistake ,take a fall for it but rather graciously, by accepting your mistake ,

Rather than being a part of the blame game .

Remember, that one day you will and definitely will be triumphant, Now comes the hard part,

You must act with humility after your dream has been realized ,

Else you will lose everyone who genuinely care about you ,but don’t worry you won’t be alone ,

You will be always be surrounded by blood sucking vultures, who won’t  stand by you when you fall.

The world might seem like a crappy place to be in, but like a silver lining,

There are those very few who will be there with you through thick and thin,

Who won’t hesitate to call a spade a spade without the sugar coating ,

Who will nevertheless want the best for you even if you fight with them,

Love ,Cherish and Live with them .
