SamA Poem by Meghan![]() Normally, I try to avoid poetry concerning another individual, but you feel what you're feeling, I suppose.![]() My amorous bleating Proves fruitless As you clasp your ears In overt resistance. Enraged and infatuated Is a precarious pair, And my belly is raw From its manifestation. What are you But representative? A fervent symbology Of attachment And abandonment. Enamored and ill With misplaced affection, The inquisitive eye Turns inward To expose the common denominator. © 2012 MeghanAuthor's Note
