Because, she's older.A Poem by Oku cobham
Because, she is older;
I will never stop loving , Just like the sea, Will never stop swelling, Though I'm still thinking as a novice, I promise I won't stop loving you, Our peers will say our love is a curse, They're doing their work let's mind our course, They're not aware you're the truth, Until the day they'll meet their sooth, Tho, the oceans storms may roll, We will sail through like we're in odyssey's boat. Our parents might say a lot but then, Those are noises made in vain, The boy has grown he's not eighteen, Please respect my choices I'm not a teen, Your smile to us can raise a feet, Feed our love more to avoid defeat. Even when I find myself in the lion's den, Just to see your one smile again , I will repeat these lines a million time. There are a lot of girls of different kinds, But they don't worth to me a single dime, Cos, your love for me can't be million priced, I promise I won't stop loving you. © 2019 Oku cobham |
