Sol-Rojo

Sol-Rojo

A Poem by Oku cobham
"

The ill-treatment showered by elected leaders on the electorates, after being elected to office. My pains I've shared.

"
Sol-rojo

Their manifestos are all lies.
Democracy is;
Our rights for avarice,
The emoluments for expressing our franchise,
As knaves and hags,
Character soiled like rags,
Speeches and promises our meal,
Execution of projects their deal.

Politicians:
The Best authors of, tributes and condolences,
Chums with;
Languor and indolence,
Fraud and embezzlement,
Chiefs of enjoyment,
That treats Public funds as;
Sacred as their spouse,
Dainty as mutton,
And our future pared to other nations,
The care less about our pains
Our supposed helpers;
The sol-rojo's behind our tears.

Sol-rojo is a fantastic read that delves into the deceptive world of politics with a joyful tone and normal creativity approach. The author brilliantly captures the essence of democracy being tainted by lies and avarice, showcasing politicians as masters of tributes and condolences while engaging in fraud and embezzlement. The vivid imagery of public funds being treated as sacred as a spouse and dainty as mutton is both clever and thought-provoking.

The sol-rojo's behind our tears is a poignant reminder of how politicians often prioritize their own enjoyment over the well-being of the people they serve. The book sheds light on the pains and struggles faced by the public, painting a stark and honest portrayal of the harsh realities of political deception.

Overall, Sol-rojo is a captivating and insightful read that will leave readers reflecting on the state of modern politics. The author's skillful storytelling and powerful messaging make this a must-read for anyone interested in understanding the complexities of governance.
