Bye

Bye

A Poem by Pash

It's a sad evening and i'm watching the setting sun,
Down the horizon it's orange glow is drowning like beach rocks on a high tide,
I've got a new back-pack heaved on my shoulder,
I guess it's just the right time,
As the darkness proves strong i wanna turn my night light on,
And think about you just for the last time,
We have to part,
Like a willing buyer with his dime.

I can't say your love wasn't one of the best,
But like changes I've invited in a new guest,
With glowing eyes just like yours,
A replica of your sparkling beauty,
And her heart is like a feathered nest,
So soft and tender,
This kind of love I've known is like a blue moon,
Coz it runs down a great depth.

Wipe off your tears and know you're super special,
That magical smile of yours will bring Romeo,
With love as bright as autumn colours,
He'll hold your lovely hands,
Walk you down the isle
And kiss you under the moon.
