Never Caged Again

Never Caged Again

A Poem by Okie

"
I'll never be caged again
By you or your evil glares
The only thing that can ever cage me
Is the love I have for you
But why would you care?
You'd rather destroy me completely
One thing to you
You can never destroy the person who created you
What would you do now?
Nobody can save you but yourself
I'll cage you
But you can't cage me again
I'm free to be what I want to
You try to drag me down
But your attempts don't succeed
If you cage me again
I'll cage your soul into a box cage
Then your soul will fall apart
Or a soul reaper will come take it
Hah you wouldn't know what then
You'd have neither your soul nor your creator
Killing me won't give you your soul
Once you lose it
You can't have it back
I won't see you on the other side
Nor will I care if I do
You caged me first with your glares
But then by my love for you
Leave me be
I'll just fall apart alone
Then nobody could care
Or even want to care
Don't forget that love
For it will always make you regret
