Why is Blayze so hurt inside?

I always heard the voices. They were always in the back of my head ever since I could remember, commenting on everything I did. They were never silent except if I was around Anna. When I was with her, everything else faded away. I thought I had found someone I loved, but then she rejected me saying the only reason she stayed with me was to make someone else jealous. In that moment the voices came back louder than ever. I begged her to reconsider, instead she gave me a wicked smile and said. "Thanks for being a pawn."
