A Chapter by GodsOfNeutrality

Torina POV
"Bye," I said closing the door to Sam's house.
I walked to my house, reviewing what she gave me. As I opened the door, my phone went off. I went to pick it up, but didn't recognize the number.
"Hello?"
"Can you do a job for me?" The voice was low but feminine.
"I think you have the wrong person," I almost hung up.
"Wait. I know you need money for rent. I can help with that."
"I'm fine thanks."
"Don't give me that crap. You know as well as I do Dereck won't wait anymore."
"Why do need me? There must be others you can ask," I said.
"Do this and you won't have to worry about debt again."
I waited to answer. If I did this I could pay Dereck back, but if I didn't I may lose the house.
"......Fine what do you need?"

I ducked into an alley. Through it stood one of the tallest buildings i had seen.
"Careful. After the attack this afternoon, there's bound to be more security."
Sure enough there were CIA operatives walking around.
"So what do you need?"
"It should be somewhere on the twenty-nineth floor. This is your one chance. It will only be here tonight before being shipped across the sea."
I nodded and hung up.
I looked around for a way in. A few feet above me was an open window. I pulled up my mask and ran towards it.
"Where are you going?" A guard stood under it.
I sped up and jumped. I felt my foot land on his shoulder before I jumped again. I grabbed the windows ledge and pulled myself up. I looked back to see he had fallen against the wall. I sighed.
"Good job. You're on floor twelve."
The lady's voice came in over speakers.
I nodded and looked for an elavator.

The elavator doors opened and I walked out to face a dozen or so guards. They all had on pieces of armor.
"What are you doing here?" One walked to me.
I ran at him and leapt over him. He turned around and I grabbed his head. I spun throwing him to the wall, then turned to the others. They all reached for something from their pockets. I grabbed two of them and smashed their heads together. Another one struck out with whatever he had in his hand. I grabbed the body of one and held it in front of me. My "shield" spazed and I realized it was a tazer. I threw him to the ground and ducked under the tazer. He then struck down and I rolled to the side. I grabbed his arm before spinning and elbowing him in the nose. I took his tazer before the others surrounded be. They closed in and I sighed. I leapt at one swinging around his neck before jabbing the tazer in it. I jumped off him on to another.
"Get backup!" Was the last thing he said before I tazed him.
The others ran and I smiled. I didn't have many chances to use my training so this was fun.
"We don't have time to daydream. Just grab what I need." Her voice was filled with urgency.
"Got it."
I pushed the door open and saw a lab of some kind. Nothing of particular except a black case. I grabbed it and ran. I took the stairs since the elevator would have been filled with guards. As I got out on the ground floor an alarm went off. I sighed and ran for the next train home.
