Slow Exposure

Slow Exposure

A Poem by Ohhhwillow
"

accidentally dropping our illusion

"
I know the shadow of bones:
The silhouette of a smile
That grins from inside and hides behind a practised tongue.

Touch the ropes around your wrists
And see that they have fallen,
(I will),
Watching the floor engulf an unsaid speech with my eyelashes.

Perfected fronts fade away with the dreams I had
In a clutch of slow exposure.

Our fingers slide from where they were supposed to be;
You saw the cards that were supposed to fold

(Supposed to)

But the house of wolves and I aligned them

welcome.............:)
The way it pauses, the description and the concept is brilliant. The first verse just penetrated my imagination, there I saw that face. Provoking and titillating.
