A Slave Of The OceanA Poem by Ohhhwillow28/1/13 Time is deceiving, gone before you know it
The tide swings high,
An acrobat without implication, It holds no remorse for air it defies As the clock does for me With it's clutching hands that permit my pathetic plunder Under scarlet waves. I surrender, I sink but still float with no remote wave To grant me salvation. Kind winds offer ripples But still I'm a slave of the ocean, Paralytic by kelp arms that tie mine down With a satirical smile, Immortally swinging around me. Time is tender And with it we render the writings on our final bed © 2013 OhhhwillowReviews
