The Curse

The Curse

A Poem by Odette
"

I wrote this "song" for my friend Andrea 'cause she had a project for her choir class. XD I wrote it in an hour. :P

"
I was born with a curse
I won't talk about
This curse, it burst
Almost killed me but now

Now I am stronger
This curse is no more
Oh!
This pain, it is longer
It hurts in the core

Of my heart, of my soul
Oh, how I wish I had fulfilled my goal!

Oh, oh, oh
Now it starts,
Yet again,
I can't believe it,
What a fool
To think it was gone,
But now it comes back again,

Times three is the pain..

What did I dooooooo?
What did I doooo-oooo?
What did I dooooooo?
What did I doooo-oooo?

I remember
When I was just a kid
Once in December
I fell and slid
Down a hill
Of loneliness and pain..
I remember it well, there was no pill
For this long, painful lane

I thought I was stronger
That the curse was no more
But, oh!
The pain was longer,
It hurt in the core..

Of my heart, of my soul
Oh, how I wish I had fulfilled my goal!

Oh, oh, oh
Now it starts,
Yet again,
I can't believe it,
What a fool
To think it was gone,
But now it comes back again,

Times three is the pain..

What did I dooooooo?
What did I doooo-oooo?
What did I dooooooo?
What did I doooo-oooo?

This is my curse
My ultimate end
With my last verse
Let the peace mend...

I thought I was stronger...
But the pain was longer...
Thought the curse was no more...
But it Hirt most in the core...

Of my heart!

Oh, oh, oh
Now it starts,
Yet again,
I can't believe it,
What a fool
To think it was gone,
But now it comes back again,
