I started this for NANOWRIMO but never finished. Ideas are accepted. I have yet to decide why they're being targeted. The antagonist's name will be Moriarty (bc I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan and the name screams 'evil'). I'm wanting this to be for the preteen age, so keep that in mind when you give me ideas.
