Tired of dancing with shadows,

Burned by men who’s eyes, show fire,

I’m tired of God, who disallows,

My anger, this fed-desire.

Waiting for you to come back,

No peace, no beer, just pain,

This s**t, remembered, the hope I lack,

Keeping it in, cradled in vain.

I can’t forgive you, 

But I can still love you,

Couldn’t just kiss you,

Won’t just be with you,

Outside…
