Is there a mother-f****r, in every bed we lay in?

Seek comfort in, reside in, dream in?

Or just in the holes we play with..?

Now in my current belief, I find,

that there is no lie, we haven’t designed;

ourselves, with our hopes and wishful thinking.

That we don’t, inherently find linking;

drinking, when no wrong is spoken.  

Repetitively breaking, what’s still broken,

while lying there, completely fragile. 

Agile, rethinking what’s still creeping,

ever faster, in both these minds.

One still strays, while the other one prays;

desperate, just to wait awhile.

 

Vial, fearless, ignorant, blinded folks lay here.

Continuously, arrogantly rethinking,

what will never appear.

Stay queer, stay innocent.

“Cuddling,” with this incident.

This accident, another fortuity;

your gratuity, seen recaptured.

Enraptured, with all it’s evidence. 

Benevolence, just shut up.

Comprehend, what you don’t understand,

and rethink, please,

for me once again.

He doesn't ever want you.

He doesn’t know your name.

He probably doesn't want to.

Or to care to anyway.

The clock is ticking, your mind still picking,

in a morning that means goodbye.

To see you later, to when you'll cater,

To remind you how to cry.

Its a predatory world, in more than one way. You always have a good solid message. Always wrapped in anger and stern warnings, but necessary for sure. I hate to see the naive....go down in flames when many times, they really don't know what they wanted in the first place. How many 50 year olds have I seen with a houseful of boys..."helping them get back on their feet"...not so much. Great work, I am becoming a fan.
