Sick

Sick

A Chapter by Octob3r Star

Sick

It’s so sick that it’s real interesting.

This is sick that I need to know.

So sick I cannot find;

whats sick that keeps me low.

To the floor- where to step.

Is the dirt, where I crawl so fearfully.

Muddy, where I creep to feed him;

disgusting, yet so beautifully.

Closeted emotional drainage.

In this city, what’s filling is sacred

What binds these slaves in torture?

What shields these folks from hatred?

He knows about my secrets.

Remembers in mind, my past.

I fear, these thoughts will crush him.

I fear this loves run fast.

I think this is number four in six,

men, that have opened my eyes.

In a township so abroad,

in a place that never cries.

In this blood that holds no boundaries.

On this body that has no scars.

Beneath the skin that couldn't hide,

the love that wasn't ours.

This fury infused with “could a-fought,”

Laced tight with loosed tears.

With so much love you could of taught me,

Held back though deafened ears.

Sick

A lot of emotion and pain came out in this poem. The strong statements allow the reader to feel the desire and the loss. I like the last lines a lot.
"With so much love you could of taught me,
Held back though deafened ears."
Thank you for a excellent poem.

Awesome insight in this poem. The cold lonliness of entering a whole new world and the pain of leaving our friends (at least that's what I believe it means XD) is always hard to endure. Love this poem!

An amazing piece of work friend! Not obvious and flows with a surreal feel, like it a lot xx
