after battling with what seem to be nightmares about him, I have finally decided to let him know he no longer has the control over me.

Here's the deal:

Its been a year, you need to leave me alone. 

I haven't seen you in over 6 months.

yet you still keep showing up in my life.

you still keep messing with my head.

you still keep trying to work your way in. 

You are not allowed.

So just give up.

I wont even justify what you try to do with a please.

Just go away. 

you try to get in with my friends.

you try to make yourself look innocent.

The worst is the dreams. 

They keep happening.

they wont stop.

no one believes a word I say about it. 

but they all listen to you. 

just like when you really were here.
