[Mountain Ribbons]

[Mountain Ribbons]

A Poem by panheadpigments
"

Have you ever known someone, who radiats light, now abides in darkness.

"

The sun used to shine

through your eyes.

Who ever thought

the everlasting light

eventually dies.

~

Some need that light,

they need to be saved.

I watched you shine bright,

but then I saw it fade.

Your the tree that no longer gives shade.

~

But your a dimond

in the rough.

You need that love.

Who blew out that smile?

They must've been the ones who wrote,

'Not good enough.'

~

I have to tell you,

I truley love your soul.

It used to only reflect light,

making me feel whole.

~

But your old self,

that had an amazing sunburst.

But your eyes stained,

your mind corrupted,

you've, dear, have seen the worst.
