Siren Song

Siren Song

A Poem by L. Catherine

The tropical waters

is where we live

throughout our endless lives,

and so it is where our treasure be,

where mystical beings thrive.

Our enchanted music

will lure the souls

to their final place

of waters deep.

The chest is protected

forever long.

The key is protected

by music fair.

Never has one

gotten too far

to see the treasure

we hold dear

to our cold hearts of stone.

And so again

we lure a soul

from lands

unknown afar

unto our lair,

our sea maidens fair.

Our Siren Song will bring death.
