TomorrowA Poem by Shayne HarndenJust got into the mood
Tomorrow is there for those who dream
It's rushing water Drowning sin within it's stream The Devil's laughter fills their ears Blind to the trickster Feeling death Would kill their fears. You think tomorrow is the promised land? Foolish and wise. I'll ask you again when death's at hand I see the world from within nor creed nor color can change Man's curse is Sin. Forget not those all they give They grant you but a Boon To so more rising suns And phases of the moon. I ask you now to start anew to look into the sacrifice of a chosen few Stop being foolish about what they gave bring yourself to go And kneel at his grave. Change the world Do what you can For he as well was just a man do not think this is a fling For I write about a warrior Dr Martin Luther King Silent his voice fell to a bullet's scheme History has proved to us all Tomorrow is there for those who dream © 2010 Shayne HarndenAuthor's Note
