In Place of an Eye

In Place of an Eye

A Poem by ObscurityNone
"

I had a lot of fun with this first attempt at an Etheree.

"

As

The men

Approach him,

With swords in hand,

The hooded figure,

Emits flames from his staff,

Cripple the weak, execute,

No one stands much a chance, against

This man, with magic at his command,

He then brought forth a dark curse of lament

As they are struck with lies, suicide ends,

Their lives, the hooded man turns his gaze

Towards the woman, all dressed in

Deep dark red, with eyes of blue,

He cracked a smile, out came

A taunting chuckle,

In that instant

An arrow

Pierced his

Eye
