Tide Changes

I wrote it just now, because I was thinking of how I fluctuate from being pretty calm to being more active and "upitty" and my element is water in eastern astrology.

We all take water for being, calm, soothing, and healing. All the while often forgetting that tides may change, waves increase in size, and destructive forces beyond our control can establish a dominance that we cannot ascertain.

Don't think that meter, syllables, and rhymes constitute something as poetry. Poetry can take any form no matter how structured, scattered, or paragraphed. As long as your heart and soul is in it, it is poetry. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Anyway great piece.
