Written for the 'write a story in 69 words' contest.

 

         

            I didn’t understand why I was made fun of ‘cause I lived in house number 69. Instead of answering my question, my parents sent me to my room.

 

Back then the internet was a myth just like the outside world so the library it was! ...‘The Kamasutra’... page 69...position 69…

“Oh Horror!”.

 

How could I defend myself?!

 

I borrowed the book and showed the bullies THEIR house numbers!

Oh gosh this was hilarious... when i saw the title wasn't sure what to expect... I wonder what the bullies house number showed, LOL... hey I was born in 69 and am proud of it, LOL... quite an entertaining read.

It is one of life's defining moments, isn't it? Discovering the meaning of "69." I still remember the year I found out....it was.....oh yeah, 1969.
I'm glad your parents had a smart daughter to teach them such important things, O!
