Written for the 'write a story in 69 words' contest.

 

         

            I didn’t understand why I was made fun of ‘cause I lived in house number 69. Instead of answering my question, my parents sent me to my room.

 

Back then the internet was a myth just like the outside world so the library it was! ...‘The Kamasutra’... page 69...position 69…

“Oh Horror!”.

 

How could I defend myself?!

 

I borrowed the book and showed the bullies THEIR house numbers!
