Go Fourth, Young Boy

Go Fourth, Young Boy

A Poem by OGTheGreat
"

A Poem I was inspire to make after encouragement from my college writing class.

"
Go Forth, Young Boy, into the eye of the abyss.
Plunge into the darkness that hides the mysteries of life.
Be not afraid of the unknown.
For you have a light inside you that burns brighter than the sun.
You need not fancy armaments or magical tools to aid you
On this epic, life long journey.
Out there awaits secrets to be unlocked, stories to be written, and demons to be slain.
The power to achieve these feats is within your finger tips.
Go Forth, young boy, and grab firmly on the greatness you were destined for.
Let no mans lies deceive you, less you join the fall like the rest of them.
My boy, be not afraid because of your stature for experience shall be your rain
My boy, listen closely to what I am about to say.
Greatness is not about how big you are, or how small you are.
It does not matter your age, race, or sex.
It does not matter how weak you are or how strong you are.
It does not matter how fast you are or how slow you are.
My boy, greatness is not about the size of the muscles on your chest or the muscles on your legs.
It is the size of the fire in your heart.
Go Forth, Young Boy, and slay the dragon. Be the greatness you were destined to be.
