Him..

Him..

A Poem by Peace Nyumbaiza
"

self descriptive..

"
I take him and every word conceived by his lips to be the roof above my head. His emotions to pour like rain leaking down my walls.

I take him, and the authority in his footsteps to reign over the air, the land, the sea and all the spirits behind them, which have made an enemy of me.

I take him, to bite into the fruit of his lips. I live on every word from the the tunnel of his heart, his every spirit-filled action, and every compliment that make a target of my spirit and soul.

I take him, above anyone else, and before everyone else.

My heart is for his love
My lips, for his body
My waist is for his hands
My hands, for his face
My womb is for his children
My life for his God

I take him, above the kings in the sea and every man under the heavens. I take him jealously, aggressively, and forcefully, so that every woman will become a man to him, when compared to me. I Take him, from being called a desire, a fantasy or dream, and I call him my Husband.

I take him, away from the hands of the adulterous woman who sleeps with the devil before inciting him. The Spirit and I , are the only ones to be help responsible for his every moan, his every groan.

He is taken. My Husband is taken from God's hands, to mine.

Very good imagery here, it does have a feeling of prayer to it. And perhaps somewhat a threat, to other women who may turn their eyes to him. Good job.
