My Cocytus, my fallen petal
Bourne far beyond
lethean regrets of
Chrysanthemum

I am assuming that most don't have the Aeneid memorized in latin; so admittedly research is pretty much a must. :/ that being said, that particular line isn't so simple to translate, which is really unfortunate. But it really does sum up our spiritus mundi, and I already had a strong Greek theme going. I had lots of fun with wordplay, as I wanted there to be some subtlety;there are many words here with different meanings which can change the whole poem. Thanks for dropping by; I highly doubt I will ever be very active on here... but at least I have no intention of straight disappearing on here, like so many. Hah, perhaps when I retire too, I will finally have the time to be more prolific. ;)
