incanting boded ode
to exorcise Zeitgeist's
Curved
                  Space-time
         Eugenics

Monochromatic Anachronisms
warp eddied
edifice of 'Bedtimes'

I am 'The Chronomancer'
Master of Time
....not my Mind


And tomorrow is going to suck
...all according to plan.

Been a while since I wrote a poem; this time I wanted something a bit 'helter-skelter'

It's a little mysterious, and the tone is a little stand-offish, but I like it a lot! "Day // Forger" felt really powerful to me for some reason. I also really like the idea of being a "Master of Time... not my Mind." That line almost made me feel like you could turn this character into more - what about a story/novel in verse?

Thanks for the read; I admittedly wanted to make it stand-offish. I deliberately tried to make the pace and flow offsetting; seemed fitting for a being who warps his own time. What particularly makes Day // Forger fun, is the many possible ways you can read 'forger'. (ex. to create, to travel, to falsify) It would be fun to create such a tale!

a journey on shadowfax.....needing to move to find necromancer....will it be gandalf the grey or gandalf the white....perhaps better to be the latter, and not suffer the pain...
