My A*s...

My A*s...

A Poem by Meagan Byington
"

It's quite lame but I am not ashamed.

"
A Rhyme Crime:
When will this emptiness pass?
Life like this does not go by fast.
Boring and out of class
I thought happiness would stay, would last.
Head always stuck in the past
Heart broken and never fitted with a cast
Tried to fix it, but blood doesn’t mix with plast-er
I’m a hollow shell make of crumbling glass
Dwelling on memories my eyes can’t see pass
So I proclaim towards you…. “My a*s.”
