Regards Referring To.

A Poem by Meagan Byington
"

Ever feel hopeless and down? No? Well you will after reading this.

"

What’s the use of trying if there’s no one to care?

Nothing to be waiting for you, if you even make it there.

All that effort wasted for a pointless dream.

Hope & faith pulled under in a currentless stream.

Cause we’re not going anywhere. There’s something we share.

Maybe stay here together, But I know you’d rather differ.

If you sit with me, a mutural feeling of lonely

Will go away & we could be happy?

It’s not enough to try, it’s not worth the time.

We’ll do this again and again, Each time another shame.

Can we not keep making the same mistake, its happening again

This time I’m awake, I see what’s been going on everyday.

Doesn’t matter what you have to say!

Things are gonna be changing. “Going my way..”

We’re rotting in this God forsaken place,

Even if I die all I’ll be seeing is your God Forsaken Face!

After death, even now, it’s too late to return.

How we use to go about, what was had, I disearned.

Is it really true that we must die to truely live?

I honestly don’t want to go through all that s**t…

Not enough to live in a world of ruined perfection

Absurd, wasteful, but there’s nothing else to do in my time.
