Don't Wallow; Just Rise.

Don't Wallow; Just Rise.

A Poem by November Gold
"

If I could write a letter to me...

"

If there is one message that I want to get through to you, it’s that it will all make sense one day; you’ll get it so just don’t give up.

Every heart break will make sense because you will see what it taught you

and how it pushed you forward; every friendship lost will make you that much smarter when choosing another friend;

just love yourself as much as you can but always remain humble, and as long as YOU love YOU like that, you won’t let anyone else give you any less either.

When you find your balance it will be a beautiful experience, recognize it and embrace it; it’s an accomplishment and its okay for you to be proud of yourself.

Stay true to yourself even when it means that you’re on your own with it, don’t wallow, just rise.

Don’t let the world make you cold inside, because oh Girl, it will try!

Please don’t wallow; just simply rise.

You’re going to go through a lot and people will test you;

Its okay when you fall, because you will get back up, there is no other choice.

So please don’t wallow; just simply rise.

Your words always give me a strength to live by. Once again, in the midst of a storm you are there. You written words are beautifully penned!

I hate answering this question. It requires me to tell you who I am...the problem is that I am still learning about who I am everyday, and sometimes what I might tell you today, could change by this t.. more..
