Hello

Hello

A Poem by November Gold
"

And now a word from our Sponsor

"

I felt you just then

The way your heart ached

And cried inside

(could you feel me?)

I felt the way you hurt

And that you wanted to hide

(reach for me)

Let me love that away

Let me heal your pain

Just trust in me

Stand with me in the rain

(I won't let you fall)

Lean on me when you’re weak

Reach for me when you stumble

Embrace me when you’re happy

Share with me your joys

Surrender to me your sorrows

(I am here for you)

Step off the ledge and trust in your wings

Close your eyes

don’t think twice

(Now is not the time for second guessing)

Do you see how you’re flying?
not yet? It’s OK,

Just keep trying

(You will not fail)

Feel your heart racing?

It’s closer than you think

Just around the corner, are you listening?

(Please hear me now)

Step off the ledge just trust in your wings

……..and then open them wide and just soar!

“A letter from God”

I know the rhyme and flow is not quite right, but I make no apologies for this one. Sometimes you just have to go with what you hear or see in your mind/heart, and I heard this loud and clear, so I gave it to you just as He gave it to me, and it's not about the words or the flow it's about the message that I received.

A amazing poem. I like the set-up of the poem. Making each point stronger and giving strength to the poem.

this is wonderful, and u know rhyme is not so important in poetry...it is about the import of feeling, some of my pieces I place a rhyming scheme right somewhere and not anyplace else...it is the feeling that is produced...beautiful right here

I think it flowed near perfect! I loved the parenthetical asides where the person was talking directly to the subject! The message is clear! "trust in me, for I am with you"

I hate answering this question. It requires me to tell you who I am...the problem is that I am still learning about who I am everyday, and sometimes what I might tell you today, could change by this t.. more..
