Break a Wish

Break a Wish

A Poem by Noting Society

We find ourselves running in a maze of self reflection.

Trying to redeem ourselves for what we hope is the truth.

But many times it's a phase,

coursing through my veins...

till it finally pops...

then once again I'm still

Because I feel like I've been killed

Only thats a wish.

A wish you thought had gone away

but instead molds you like clay.

Like the guy you love who just blows you away.

With a kiss on the cheek

You can feel its magnetizing reach.

But you're left at the door

unable to escape

so youre sitting there alone feeling like

yesterday.

So we view the memories

but instead we find insanity.

The unreachable collection called.

...Me
