A copy of this should be compulsory reading for all adolescent girls. I feel so sorry for girls as modern life almost grooms them for this dreadful moment and worse! A series of these moments of self loathing. However from these moments I am sure reconstruction starts. Like a pruned tree stronger and more resilient growth follows. This is so amazing. I could cry. It's wierd to read a poem as bold as this and be able to understand the multitude of emotions that are supressed beneath the words. I'm impressed. Nicely written.
