GemmaA Poem by Nothing PersonalOliver answers back to Gemma , a song we will never hear.
"Oliver
You kicked a hole through my heart And left me with the whistling sound As the wind blows through With duct tape And an open bag, I covered it up And put back on my sweater So I look the same But I'm a little different now I might look the same I might look the same But I'm a little different now Now Oliver You ripped the smile off my face And fed it to the winter birds Why wicked boy Oliver You are my blackness, Oliver You are my lightness My defestator " - Gemma ( Gemma Hayes) Gemma, I thought you were wiser I thought you would see through my heart And ask me to stay. Gemma, I could not see you stop Because of me, Because of my stupid love Whose worth i never tared. Look where you are now, Ain't i your lightness now, What would you say dear? Of silent screams and frozen summers, Of locked cabins and dried pears, Of cigarettes and petty old lines, Poor old memories and a few tears Here and there.. You are not the same , Your hairs have gone messier Your eyes deeper, but sullen You look beautiful, just so I know you are the still the same. I know you are still the same now...
