UntitledA Poem by Alex WongYou can't predict at the time, How much it will hurt. You tell yourself That you'll be fine. You've been through worse after all. But then it hits. It's gone. Bridges burned. Severed ties. There's no return. Can't look back. That time has passed. Say goodbye To that wretched past, You thought you'd never miss. There are so many things, Still lingering there. Things you should have said. Things you should have done. But it's too late. It will never be the same again.
