Self HelpA Poem by Chaos Complex
An evening in isolation,
To open up my heart. We're beginning ventilation... Let the healing process start. These words are my tools- To play surgery. And fix the broken Parts of me. I'm doing my best, At reminding myself, That I'm doing my best. Pleas that fall on no ears. But my own. Singing the pain, To portray and explain what's hurting most. I know I kept my sense of humor, Cause I'm laughing at myself. I'm reminded that I'm human, Cause of everything I felt. I'm doing my best, At reminding myself, That I'm doing my best. And I know what I wish for, I know what I desire. I know that if I keep working, And keep wishing on stars; That I can get somewhere. Hope is near and far. If they saw me they'd be concerned, But I don't find this bizarre When... I'm doing my best, At reminding myself, That I'm doing my best. © 2010 Chaos ComplexAuthor's Note
