my thoughts right now

 And I close the doors

And I shut the windows

Hoping to god that it’ll be ok

And I close the blinds

And pull back the blankets

Hoping to god it’ll stop

And I close my eyes

And I hide my face

In the hope and horror

Of the only knowledge

That I won’t be ok

Soon enough I know

It won’t be ok.
