I Bleed

I Bleed

A Poem by Queen Faye
"

My emotional writing

"

I don't write, I bleed, I bleed through my pen
For the pain, for the skin I am in
I reveal my life in my words
I write my truth
I go inside and write for the girl who was never heard
I bleed for her, it is she who my word serve
I stay inside and write for the young women never given a choice
Took too many years to gain her voice
I bleed for her, her voice is sound
To some it astounds
I bleed for the women within
She loves deep, she loves him
To let him go she can't begin
I don't write I bleed through my pen
The word pour though my skin
I lay naked for you to witness my sin
I don't write, I bleed through my pen
I bleed through my pen

This poem is symmetrical, and logical...nicely done. The images of a bloody pen dives into and expresses the essence of life.
