Legacy

Legacy

A Poem by Queen Faye

Original Poem

The measure of any man is his legacy; Trevor I hope you realize the huge impact you had on so many. You gave more love and honor virtually than some give personally. I will always remember you King Trevor.

I sit looking out the window, I am thinking about time

I wonder how many minds have sat and thought about time

We don’t decide when ours time starts or ends

We make choices that affect our timing

How much time have you spent loving, laughing, and truly living?

Is it time, age, are they the same thing

In terms of living your life how does time or age affect anything?

Then I met you

At that point my life had new meaning

All points before pale in your wake, now I am living

Life, love, living has come full circle, it’s all timing

You helped me without realizing

My happiness was at the beginning?

I enjoyed this poem on several levels. The examination of time itself caught my attention almost at once.
Secondly King Trevor caught my attention as I pondered what the relationship truly was or is.

Well Done
